ST Imaging Introduces a New Line of Book Scanning Solutions

NORTHBROOK, IL, November 3, 2010 – Local manufacturer and International distributor ST Imaging, a division of Digital Check Corp., and a leading manufacturer and reseller of digital microfilm scanners, today announced a new partnership relationship with Plustek Technology Inc., a manufacturer of consumer, prosumer, professional and office imaging devices (including portable scanners, sheet fed/flat bed scanners, graphics scanners and IP cameras), to sell custom collection scanning solutions to libraries. These will include the ST BookScan Center™ and ST BookReader Center™ collection scanning solutions.

The Book Reader transforms printed words into audio output which can be listened to during the scanning session, or saved in MP3 and other audio formats for archiving and later access.
